Who needs coaching?

Who doesn’t want to be at their happiest and healthiest? In a fast-paced world with so many choices available to us you would think this is easy but in many cases we are left with a sense of overwhelm and information overload. 

If you feel like you are stuck in a rut and want to make improvements in your life with your eating habits, fitness, health, energy, stress, general happiness or life satisfaction, then coaching could help you. 

KBK has now launched a Coaching Room in Fitzroy, Victoria where you can visit in person, or if you are interstate or international then you can dial in via zoom to have your coaching session. 

If easier, you can also visit Katie in the Melbourne CBD at Botanica Day Spapositioned at the Intercontinental Hotel on Collins Street. 

Coaching will help put your thoughts in to a vision and then you will walk away with some clear goals to help you reach your optimum 'wellness'. Whatever that means to YOU!

What is coaching?

As a coach, I ask the write questions and work with you so that we can clear the cobwebs, get you out of that mud so you have a clear vision of where you want to be and how you can get there.' - Katie

What is Wellness? 

To me Wellness is being conscious (mindful) about the decision’s you make in your everyday life. When making those decisions the key is to choose or take the option that ultimately leads you to a healthier more fulfilling life. - Katie

“Wellness is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” – The World Health Organization.

In 1976, Dr. Bill Hettler, co-founder of the National Wellness Institute in the US, developed a model of wellness that included six dimensions of health: physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, occupational, and social. There are many variations and I chose to work with 8. Working with this wheel you can look at the key dimensions in your life and make sure you have balance and have clarity on what areas to focus on.
