Hilary Foulds - How to exercise safely

Hilary found her passion for fitness when she was just 18 in South Africa, training clients and teaching group fitness classes. She moved to the UK and continued to run a successful PT business in central London for 11 years. After becoming injured she developed a keen interest in Pilates, posture correction and injury/post surgery rehabilitation. Hilary has a holistic approach to working with their own bodies, developing strength from their core and strengthening weak muscles/movement patterns. As an allied health assistant she works with  numerous physics, osteopaths and chiropractors. You can find Hilary at the Goodlife in Port Melbourne where she has been Group Fitness Manager now for 8 years.
