Tuna Savoury

What's for breakfast? What's for lunch? What's for dinner?...... you think you have it sorted but then it gets BORING!!!! I'm bringing back some old school favourites!! This one is courtesy of my Grandma Rita... Tuna Savoury.

I remember her looking after me when I was younger and she made me this for lunch and it became a favourite of mine! You could serve in a wholemeal pita, or on a slice of Rye Sourdough or for dinner with a jacket potato or some brown rice.. up to you. You can make a big batch and use however you like. 

Ingredients:

  1. Can tuna in springwater

  2. 1/2 red onion

  3. 1/2 cucumber

  4. 10 cherry toms

  5. 1/2 red capsicum

  6. 1 tablespoon free range mayonnaise

  7. Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Finely chop the lot and mix!!!

You can serve this on rocket, in a pita bread, on toast, on a jacket potato (and even add cheese if you are being indulgent). Its so quick, easy and tasty for lunches.
